Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
