Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turner in Franklin County, Tennessee. You will work in a tool room. On the job you will handle: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Requirements: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
