Your main tasks: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Part-time with flexible hours. $8,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
