Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Burke County, North Dakota. You will work in a bread factory. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
