QC technician — Langlade County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in Langlade County, Wisconsin. The role involves raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch. You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
