Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Izard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Izard County, Arkansas. The job is at a plant hire yard. Your main tasks: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
