TIG welder — Newton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a TIG welder in Newton County, Mississippi. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot 4+ years on the tools preferred.
