We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Carroll County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination You will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
