Urgent requirement: we are hiring a marble fixer in Steuben County, New York. The role involves lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; work from cutting lists and installation drawings; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching Part-time with flexible hours.
