Now hiring: manufacturing operative (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Shackelford County, Texas. You will work on the shop floor of a garment factory. Day to day you will carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; check products against the sample for colour, size and finish; change over tooling and settings between product runs; apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging; move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley; assemble components according to the work order. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
