You should have: • Alert, disciplined and punctual • Basic reading of English and local language for registers Day to day you will hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; write up incident reports after any disturbance; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals.
