Grill cook • Ukwa East, Abia State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Ukwa East, Abia State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
