What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Your main tasks: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
