Tile installer — Queens County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile installer in Queens County, New York. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. Ideal candidate: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter Day to day you will make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
