Urgent requirement: formwork carpenter (Northern Ireland)

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Ards and North Down, Northern Ireland. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. The role involves: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
