Fine-dining server wanted in City and Borough of Salford

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in City and Borough of Salford, England. You will be based in a coffee shop. The role involves explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Full-time with occasional weekends.
