Sand plant operator wanted in Union Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Union Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry 1+ years on the tools preferred.
