Now hiring: we are hiring a floor screeder in Hamilton County, Florida. Day to day you will lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
