Immediate opening: scullery hand (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kenton County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
