The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
