Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Clark County, Idaho. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 1+ years on the tools preferred.
