Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Brooke County, West Virginia. You will work on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off.
