Vacancy available: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Chenango County, New York. You will be based at a construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out What we are looking for: • Alert, disciplined and punctual • Basic reading of English and local language for registers • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
