Heavy equipment operator — Grady County

Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Grady County, Oklahoma. You will be based on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Day to day you will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; check for underground cables and services before digging; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; stockpile and spread material to the required levels. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
