Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Panola County, Mississippi. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks 1+ years on the tools preferred.
