Kitchen porter — Macon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Macon County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
