Great opportunity: we are hiring a fly screen repair technician in Letcher County, Kentucky. You will work in an apartment block replacing old screens. The role involves: • Clean and service existing screens, replacing worn rollers and springs • Drill and fix mounting brackets, hinges and catches to window frames • Fit security mesh and stainless steel screens to ground-floor windows • Assemble frame corners with plastic corner keys or rivets • Adjust tension springs and rollers on retractable screen units • Fit pleated (plisse) screens with side tracks and folding mesh Requirements: • Comfortable working from ladders at height on upper floors • Skilled with a spline roller, mitre saw and rivet gun • Experience measuring and fitting made-to-measure fly screens Part-time with flexible hours.
