Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Winn Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Rotating shifts.
