Urgent requirement: prep cook (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Woodford County, Illinois. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
