Great opportunity: packaging machine operator (Scotland)

Join our team: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in The Scottish Borders, Scotland. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Day-to-day duties: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £2,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
