Glazing assistant • McCulloch County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazing assistant in McCulloch County, Texas. You will work at a busy glazing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred 5+ years on the tools preferred.
