Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Day to day you will mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates.
