Bread and bun maker wanted in Laclede County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Laclede County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
