Conventional mill operator — Clinton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Clinton County, Ohio. You will work in a CNC machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
