Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Your main tasks: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
