Turning centre operator • Bullitt County, Kentucky

Join our team: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Bullitt County, Kentucky. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. Your main tasks: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T 2+ years on the tools preferred.
