Great opportunity: waterproofing applicator (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Lowndes County, Alabama. You will work on a construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors Requirements: • Willing to travel between sites • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
