CNC milling operator wanted in City of Bristol

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in City of Bristol, Virginia. You will work in a CNC machining unit. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Day to day you will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
