The role involves treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
