Commercial painter — Allegany County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial painter in Allegany County, Maryland. The job is at a property maintenance company. On the job you will handle: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site 1+ years on the tools preferred.
