Join our team: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Marion County, Tennessee. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. The role involves: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding 3+ years on the tools preferred.
