Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time, day shift.
