Deboner — Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council

Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, England. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
