What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Current medical and eyesight certificate On a typical shift you will read and interpret the load chart before every lift; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; work out the load weight and the lifting radius.
