Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
