Now hiring: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Vance County, North Carolina. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. Requirements: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Day to day you will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
