Steam press operator • La Paz County, Arizona

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steam press operator in La Paz County, Arizona. Day-to-day duties: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
