Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Cattaraugus County, New York. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
