We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Crittenden County, Arkansas. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. On a typical shift you will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. You should have: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Meals and transport allowance provided.
