Requirements: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage You will load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel.
